Hi! I’m moving out of my lovely Bermondsey flat to move in with my boyfriend and looking for someone great to take over my room after the 10th of January (happy to be flexible with move dates as well)! Here’s what you can expect:

- Rent is £1,075 per month (deposit of £1,154)
- Tenancy is a fixed term contract until 16 August 2026 with the option to extend
- Spacious shared living room & private balcony
- Bills ~£250pp/month (Council Tax, Water, Electricity & Wifi — no gas in the flat)
- 8–10 min walk to Bermondsey Station
- Beautiful natural light throughout the day & even a view of the London Eye from the living room

👯 Your Future Housemate
You’ll be living with a friendly 29 Year Old Australian girl who works in product design (fashion). She’s:
- A big foodie who loves cooking
- Social and enjoys a chat after work
- Into reading, museum trips, exploring London and catching up with friends on weekends
- Looking for someone who values a warm, relaxed home
- She occasionally travels for work so you might have the place to yourself some nights!

- Ideally 26–34 years old
- Preferably not WFH full-time (1–2 days a week is fine)
- Clean, considerate, and helps keep the space tidy
