I am currently moving out of my lovely flat and looking to find a replacement! A couple of details about the place:

- 2 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom
- Shared living room & balcony
- Bill currently around £250 pp per month
- Corner flat that overlooks the main road
- Tesco Express (quiet big) is directly across the road
- 8-10 minute walk to Bermondsey station
- 5 minute walk to Bermondsey Beer Mile

About my housemate:
- Australian
- Loves to cook when she has time
- Likes to have a housemate that she can chat to when she gets home

About you:
- Female
- Age around 27-33
- Ideally doesn’t work from home (or works from home 1-2 days a week max)

I’m currently only able to do viewings in the evening after work!
