I’m looking for a professional person to rent my spare room for up to 4 months. Available immediately.

The Flat - Excellent location, Zone 1, just 5 mins from London Bridge Station. Bright 2 bed, 1st floor flat with a large shared living area including kitchen, lounge and dining table. High-speed internet & bi-monthly cleaner included.

Your Room - Comfortable room with double bed, wardrobe, side table, lamp and bookshelf with an integrated desk. Primary use of the main bathroom as I have my own ensuite bathroom.

The Area – A stones throw from Bermondsey Street, with an amazing array for restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, independent shops, gyms and tennis courts.

Your Flat mate – I’m a fan of baking, tennis and going to the theatre. I run my own business from home, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t primarily work from home (or works from home 1-2 days a week max)
