2 bedroom apartment to share

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my friend is moving out to live with her mum, who recently moved to London. I’ve been in this property for two years now, and our contract runs until the 23th of February with the option to renew for another year if we get along. For now, I’m searching for someone who can stay until February, with potential to continue longer.

I’m a clean and organised person, and I’m rarely home. I work long hours and often have projects running, so I’m usually only around in the evenings or on my days off. Most of the time, you’ll have the place to yourself. The only non-negotiable is keeping the flat clean, I’m quite strict about that. It’s not a party house, but I’m absolutely fine with you having friends over for dinner or a chilled evening.

I’m respectful, easy-going, and always up for a gym session, a movie night, or cooking something nice together if you’re the same.
