Looking for a new flatmate

Hello,
We are looking for a new, responsible flatmate to move to the place we are calling home.
Single bedroom available in a 3 bed flat where you would be sharing with 3 other gay/bi males and a cat. We are looking for someone who likes to socialise as well as is perfect by themselves. We all like to talk having a meal and know each other without being instructive to someone’s else’s life. We are mix of nationalities and food preferences but we are all having a good grasp of English. Our working patterns are different so there is always a chance you will be having whole flat to yourself. Despite some of us are smoking cigarettes, smoking is not permitted in the flat but you are always welcome to join us and sometime our neighbours for a cigarette outside if that your thing. Cat has been with us for 16 years but is. Ery friendly and well domesticated. If you have got any questions or would like to see our house let us know.
There are plenty of local amenities including some coffee shops and restaurants, Sainsbury 3 min walk, Bermondsey tube station 5 min walk and a stunning jubilee walk by the Thames river as well as Bermondsey park within 10min walking distance. Area is nice and quiet. All bills are included in the rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water and ultra fast internet.
