Hey everyone! We’ve got a cosy room available in our three-bed garden flat in Bermondsey. It’s tucked away on a quiet street just off the main road, but super close to everything — 3 mins to a big Tesco, 5 mins to loads of bus stops that’ll get you into central in 20–30 mins. Also near Burgess Park, some great restaurants, and the river — such a lovely spot!

You’ll be living with two working professionals. We all have different schedules, so it’s not a super social flat, but everyone’s friendly, tidy, and respectful. It’s a chilled, easygoing home where everyone does their bit.

You’ll also be sharing with Erik, a very sweet sphinx cat.

Available ASAP (tenancy swap). Students welcome! Bills not included, average between £100-120/month (including council tax). Lease runs through the end of August 2026.
