I’m moving out of my double room in Bermondsey on 12 January and am looking for someone to take over my room until the contract end date on 2 August. I’ve lived in the flat for 3.5 years and have genuinely enjoyed my time here.

The flat is in a great, well-connected location — about a 10–15 minute walk to both London Bridge and Bermondsey stations. There’s a Co-op just 2 minutes away and a Tesco about 5 minutes away.

The landlord is very responsive, and we’ve always had a good relationship with him.

You’ll be living with two flatmates (one girl, one boy), both 27, who are very social, easygoing, and great to live with.
