Furnished double room in Bermondsey, inclusive of bills.

Available from January 7th (but may be about a week later than this).

The room is a well laid-out double room. It has 2x in-built wardrobes, so there is plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. The room also includes a sizeable desk and a chair for home working. The wifi is a really good speed and is included.

The bathroom has loads of storage and is very nicely decorated. You’ll be sharing it with 2 others, but there is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. There’s a tv in there, along with a dining table and chairs and a sofa. There’s a big fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer too, and there is also a balcony!

The area is great and everything is on your doorstep. There’s a pure gym around the corner and loads of shops as well. There’s also great transport links with Bermondsey underground about a 10-15 min walk away and also loads of bus stops right by the flat. I’ve also found the area to be really safe.

There is a cleaner that comes every other week (£8.50 each a clean). That’s paid separately and is due every few months.

The existing housemates are all professionals and friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.
