A bright, cosy double room is available in a lovely flat set in a quiet, sought-after neighbourhood. I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s been a really peaceful, comfortable home.

• Generous wardrobe/storage space
• Desk currently in the room (mine), but I’m happy to leave it if useful

The flat
• Shared with two friendly girls in their 20s who work hybrid
• Calm, relaxed, respectful household
• Small spare room currently used for storage, with potential to be styled into a living room
• Bills approx. £100 per person per month
• Very kind, supportive family landlords

Location
• 5-minute walk to Tower Bridge
• 10 minutes to Bermondsey
• 12 minutes to London Bridge
• Surrounded by great cafés, shops and restaurants
• Quiet, safe and well-connected area

Tenancy details
• Minimum stay of 2 months
• Option to extend longer if it’s the right fit
• Available from 4th February (slightly flexible, earlier move-in possible)
