Single Room in Bermondsey

Single room with ample storage space is available very close (5 minute walk) to Bermondsey station.

The room is part of a two-level, three bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The room is compact but has a built-in wardrobe and space for a desk. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a stove, a fridge, a freezer, a washing/drying machine, a microwave and ample storage space. The living room has enough space for you to have people over and the shower has both a boiler and electric shower head.

The flat is fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a bed frame, matress, desk, chair, and monitor to use with the desk.

You will find the flat has a nice quiet atmosphere, you will share it with Manu, a professional in his 50s, who is respectful and clean. The landlord is currently in the process of finding a tenant for the third room in the flat, but the whole time I've been here (4 months) it's just been the two of us.

Close to Bermondsey Tube station (less than 5 mins walk), Rotherhite Overground (10 mins walk), Rotherhithe Village (about 10 mins walk), Southwark Park (3 mins walk), Canada Water (about 15 mins walk), plenty of supermarkets, the Thames Path (less than 2 mins away), Surrey Quays shopping centre (which has a big Tesco, about 15 mins walk), and lots more.

Fixed costs: 86 per month ( water, internet, council tax )
Variable costs: ( electricity + gas ): varies depending on the weather. Winter is more expensive, but it shouldn't exceed 100 (so 186 in total on the upper end).
