Pierce(ad ref #18112772) and I have had an offer accepted and have paid the holding deposit for a penthouse in Bermondsey (3 bed 2 bath near Maltby street).
Unfortunately our third has now dropped out so we're looking for a third to join us ASAP ideally in next 24hrs. We're both looking for a sociable flat that would be down to head to the pub a few times a month and where we wouldn't just be ships passing in the night!
The ensuite and larger double bed are taken, however a slightly smaller double is available - its big enough to fit a double bed, a small desk and some storage (would be tight). Has a wrap around terrace and a view of the city, and the 2nd bathroom would be shared with the other double bedroom.
Property comes unfurnished, move in date 29 Jan.
