Hello everyone,
Due to work I am moving out of my ensuite double room in a share house in Bermondsey. The room has a double bed and 3x in-build wardrobes with plenty of storage space for all your clothes and possessions. There is also a sizeable desk and a fast broadband that is great to work from home.
I am looking for someone to replace me from early to mid February (there is some flexibility for that as well).
The property has been newly refurbished, there is no mold with a landlord/ agency that takes good care of the property and we have a cleaner for the communal spaces (£34 payable once every 4 weeks per tenant).
All the bills including gas, electricity, water, wifi, tv license and council tax are paid by the landlord.
The flat is fully furbished and we have communal electrical appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine, a drier and a dehumidifier. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space.
The housemates have been really welcoming and nice. Always there for a chat when you want to but also respectful to each other for space and noise levels. Everyone is a young professional that mostly works from work and we have been a mix of international and british people.
It would be nice to have someone that is also friendly to match the vibes.
