Double room in Bermondsey

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of the lease as i'm heading back to New Zealand.

The current tenants are 3 girls from Canada and the US, ages between 24-27. They would love to be friends with whoever fills the room as we are all friends ourselves. They love a cheeky a night out or a chill movie night in.

The flat is located in Bermondsey, just a 2 minute walk from Bermondsey station, connected to the Jubilee line which is 24 hours Fridays and Saturdays!

It’s a super cozy room with furniture included. Located on the second floor of the flat, you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls.

There is a living area plus a balcony.

1 minute walk from Sainsbury’s local
5 minute walk from Tesco express
15 minute walk from Tesco extra
5 minute walk from Southwark park
1 minute away from bus stops (also night bus)
Washer and dryer

The rent will be 900 pounds per month + bills which is around 80 a month. The flats council band B.

You will also need to pay a deposit of £1153.75.

Move in date would be April 1st 2026 and lease ends August 31st 2026 with a possibility of resigning!
