Large room in a friendly flat in London Bridge

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, relaxed Bermondsey flat share from 28th February.

The flat is around a 15-minute walk from London Bridge and Bermondsey stations, and just 1 minute from Bermondsey Street, with loads of great restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs right on the doorstep.

I’ve lived here for almost three years, but I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend. I’ll genuinely miss living with Adam (26) and Diego (24) they’re both very chill, friendly, and easy to live with, and we’ve had a great vibe in the flat.

The room is the largest in the flat and has loads of space it could easily fit a sofa or small seating area if you wanted, as well as a desk setup.

Rent is £1,100 per month, with bills and council tax around £80 extra.

The flat is an LGBT-friendly household, so we’re looking for someone open-minded and respectful who’s keen to join a calm, sociable home.
