Room available asap in Bermondsey

Hi everyone. I’m looking for someone to take my room asap! Please message if you’re available for a viewing in the next couple of days.

It’s £975/month including bills plus £17/month for a cleaner to come every other week. It’s a 12 month contract but the minimum stay is 3 months.

You’ll be sharing with 1 male (who identifies as queer) and 2 females - all professionals, friendly, welcoming and chilled. Students are welcome to enquire.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom and the downstairs toilet with 2 females.

The Room:
- double room.
- 2 in-built wardrobes
- desk and a chair
- full length mirror
- great wifi
- nice view of the shard!

The kitchen:
- spacious and plenty of storage space
- has a TV
- a dining table and chairs
- a sofa if you want to chill out
- a big fridge-freezer
- a washer-dryer
- there is also a balcony!
The location:
- Bermondsey underground station is a 10-15 min walk away
- There are bus stops right outside the flat which take you right into central
- South Bermondsey station is a 10 min walk away
- Surrey Quays station is also about a 20 min walk
- Loads of shops right on the doorstep
- Pure Gym just around the corner

I’ve found the area to be really safe to live in and the building is super secure.
