We’re looking for someone to join our lovely Bermondsey home.

Modern 4-bed, 2-bath maisonette with a private garden in a great Bermondsey location.

Open-plan kitchen/living area that opens onto the patio - perfect for hosting dinners, wine nights, or chilled evenings in

• 10-minute walk to Bermondsey station
• 15–20 minutes walk to London Bridge
• Around 10 minutes by bike to the City
• Great bus links right outside
• Shops and amenities just a couple of minutes away

Costs
• Rent: £1000 pcm
• Bills: approx £65 pcm (electric, gas/water, WiFi, council tax)
• Deposit: one month’s rent

You’ll be living with two girls and one guy in their mid/late-20s both professionals.

We’re friendly, social, and enjoy a good balance of work, gym, dinners, and chilled nights in.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally another female professional (23+) who:

• Enjoys being social - dinners, movies, occasional gatherings

The room is unfurnished, but we’re happy to negotiate keeping the existing furniture.
