Unique room in church converted flat in Bermondsey

My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking to find a new flatmate to take over her room from the 1st of April. 🙂 Ideally you should be in your late 20s, early 30s. You’ll be sharing the flat with myself, a 27 y. o. girl working in the city. I’m very sociable and active. Big on keeping the flat tidy and open communication.

Building:
This is a once-in-a-life-time two bed flat. Previously a church, the building was converted into several residential apartments that have nevertheless retained the original architectural features of the church (arches/interior brick walls).

Location:
The flat is located in Bermondsey (10min walk to the Jubilee Line - Bermondsey station), 30min bus ride to Liverpool Street. It is very central and easy to get around mainly thanks to the Jubilee line. The flat is on the 2nd floor and is very luminous. The room you would be taking over is south facing.

Amenities:
The flat is electric only. The rooms have underfloor heating as does the living room. The kitchen is open plan and features a wonderful kitchen island. The flat disposes of a dishwasher and washing machine/drier. The bathroom is large and modern. There is also a bicycle storage room.

Budget for this room is approx. £1,500 per month (bills included).
