*Location: South Bermondsey (Zone 2) - 15 mins walk from Bermondsey Tube Station, 5 mins from South Bermondsey National Rail Station, 10 mins walk to Surrey Quays overground. Also lots of great bus routes right on the doorstep. London Bridge is only 30mins walk away too!
*£660 per month + ~£85 per month for bills (inc Council Tax)
*About the flat: Cozy 4 bedroom flat on 1st floor with open plan kitchen and living area. Bathroom has been recently retiled and painted with new shower fittings. Super warm in winter.
Living with 3 other girls - 2 Brits and 1 kiwi 25 - 30 y/o - we all do our own thing and have our own schedules but love a chat in the kitchen every now and then. Chill and quiet flat - Not a party flat sorry!
Looking for someone similar age to current flatmates, friendly and sociable, respectful and willing to pitch in with shared chores etc.
No students.
Room: Smaller, cozy double room, however, still has all the space you need! Comes with bed, set of draws and clothing rail. Has great light in the mornings. Also has access to storage cupboard next to room for extra storage. Quiet and away from the road noise. Would suit someone who doesn’t work from home a lot as there isn’t much space for a desk set up.
