There is a communal kitchen and living room which are furnished. The bedrooms are unfurnished.

Cats are welcome, but unfortunately Providence Square doesn’t allow dogs.

Currently 1x couple in the house, both working professionals. Passionate about fitness and spend most Saturday mornings at our local parkrun.

Preference is for a couple renting the double room, and they will have access to the single room as additional storage space. We are also open to 2 individual tenants, one in each room.
