Rent is £1200 including all bills. Happy to discuss short term lets as well as longer periods.
About me: 30 and I have been living at the flat for 3 years now. I work in music and do bar shifts part-time. I like to cook and travel. I have a little studio space at home for working on music also. Enjoy hanging out with and getting to know who I live with but also respect people wanting their own time too!
