I have one double room on Old Kent Road near Bricklayers Arms available now. The room comes furnished with a double bed and furniture, and living with just one other housemate.
The flat is on two floors and the bedrooms are on the second floor, alongside the bathroom/toilet. The shared lounge area and the kitchen are both downstairs. The lounge has a TV and stereo setup for use and the kitchen has all the utensils you'd need if you don't have any plus a washing machine.
It's located about a 10/15 minute walk to both Elephant & Castle and Borough tube stations. A bus stop is located right outside the building also. Plenty of grocery shops and bars are all walking distance too.
Rent is £1150 including all bills. Happy to discuss short term lets as well as longer periods. Room is available from 1st March 2026, but can also be flexible on that if needed sooner.
About me: 30 and I have been living at the flat for 3 years now. I work in music and do bar shifts part-time. I like to cook and travel. I have a little studio space at home for working on music also. Enjoy hanging out with and getting to know who I live with but also respect people wanting their own time too!
