The house has 2 bathrooms (one without a shower) on two separate floors. The kitchen is fully furnished (it also includes a washing machine and dryer). The house has fast fibre Wi-Fi.

The room has a double bed with 2 big built-in drawers. Moreover, the room has a large wall closet and an open window. There are various shelves, a desk with a chair, a night table next to the bed, and a big chest of drawers.

The flat is located 5-7 minutes walking away from Bermondsey station. There are 4 bus stops 2-5 minutes walk away as well. Furthermore, there is a Coop 1-minute walk from the flat and a Tesco 3 minutes walk away. There are also various groceries active during the weekends just right outside the building. There are various parks that can be reached in seconds. The flat is very close to Tower Bridge (5-10 minutes walk) and the Thames River (4-6 minutes walk).

The bills included in the rent are the council tax, water and wifi. The additional bills are:
- Electricity & Gas: ranging from 60£ to 120£ paid every 3 months (depending on the season).

I am one of the two flatmates and I look after the house.
We are 2 professionals who work Monday to Friday, sometimes from home and we are not a couple! We are looking for another flatmate (preferably a professional) who has an easy-going and friendly attitude, with a sense of order, cleaning, and respect (this is a MUST!).
