I’m moving out of London and I have a large bedroom available in a house in Bermondsey for tenancy takeover until September 14, 2026 with the possibility to extend. Looking to fill the room as soon as possible.

-Located on the top floor of a three-story house
-Bathroom shared with only one other person
-Furnished with a double bed, chair, desk, wardrobe and two side tables

-Five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
-You’ll be living with four other girls working full-time in their mid-20s.
-A large living room, dining space, and a shared backyard!
-Large Tesco located right across the street!
-Plenty of shops on Old Kent Road and walking distance to loads of cute shops on Bermondsey
-78 bus at the end of the street; BL1, 21, 453, within walking distance
-Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey and London Bridge tube stations within 20 minutes walking distance.
Price: 940 + bills (around 120 per month)

Referencing requirements:
- working professional
- annual income of at least 30x their monthly share of rent
- employed on a permanent contract
- rental history in the UK
