We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, relaxed home in a 3-bed, 2-bathroom split-level flat less than a 5-minute walk from Bermondsey station.
Tne tenancy will become periodic from May 1st, in line with the new renter's rights act (current contract runs till August - but this will be irrelevant!)
🏡 The Flat
The flat is spread over two levels and has a great layout:
Downstairs: Separate kitchen and living room, plus an additional W/C
Upstairs: Three bedrooms and a main bathroom (with both shower and bath)
It’s a well-kept, clean and chilled home — not a party flat, but we do have friends over to stay occasionally. There’s also a bus stop right outside the house and plenty of bus routes nearby, making it super easy to get around.

Both rooms come furnished and are available from 23rd April 2026 (some flexibility for slightly earlier move-in, but not later).You can choose either room depending on your preference and budget:

- Small double room – £914pcm
👫 The Household
You’d be joining two current flatmates who are both Korean and in their early 20s. The vibe at home is friendly, respectful and easygoing. We keep the flat clean and enjoy having a calm space to come back to.

Please note that the letting agents would require you to earn >£44.5k per year.
