Hello! Double room with own bathroom available in 2 bedroom flat in Butlers wharf, right by the river and a 10 minute walk from Bank.

I'm in my early 20s and working in the city and looking for a flatmate to live with me in a my gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in Butlers and Colonial Wharf.

Such an amazing area, pubs and coffee shops literally everywhere and a 10/15 minute walk to Bank.

I will be moving into the flat in April and looking for someone to fill the second room, (shown below)

Would love for someone to move in who wants to be friends as well as flatmates! I am super tidy and enjoy all the usual boring stuff (going to the gym, overpriced coffees and long walks, overdressing to go out anywhere etc. )

The room is £1500 + bills (circa £120-£130 pcm)
