I am looking for someone sublet to sublet my room for two months, beginning March 29th - May 31st. We are looking for someone to take the room for all of April and May.
The room is £750 per month (£1500 inc bills, internet, council tax, for the entire period).
I am offering the room at a discount because I have found a new place and will be moving.
You will be living with Adam, 26, and Shaheer, 25, it is a very nice, calm, respectful household. The flat is a ten minute walk to Bermondsey Station on the Jubilee Line and ten minute walk to Surrey Quays station and the overground.
There is a large Tesco, a gym, a beautiful park nearby and within walking distance. There is space for bicycles under the stairs.
