I am looking for a girl for a sublet from 2nd to 24th May - 2b1b spacious house in Bermondsey/London Bridge. A clean and quite flat. You will be sharing the entire house with one other girl (professional, 27).

Location : SE1, Druid street
Looking for: a girl in 20-30s, non smoker preferred. Someone tidy and quiet (no party).
Date: 2-24 May
Rent: 1050 all inc + deposit £300
House brief: A 2 bed house in Bermondsey. All furnished. Comes with a garden, a huge living room with TV and dining area, a kitchen, and a shared bathroom. The bedroom for sublet is a decent sized bedroom around 9m2.
Proximity: London bridge station in 15mins and Bermondsey station in 10mins by foot. Supermarkets and food takeaway shops by door. Bermondsey street(highstreet with cute cafes and bars) is less than 8mins by walk.

Payment procedure: Deposit should be paid to secure the room and the rent to be paid 5 days before moving in. Deposit will be returned once no damage to the house is confirmed after moving out.
In case of cancellation after its payment, the deposit will not be refunded.
