I am moving out to a new house with my friends, so I am looking for a female tenant to take over my current room on the second floor, sharing a spacious toilet with an artist from South Korea. I hope that I can find someone who can move in ASAP, as I need to confirm with my new landlord.

Everyone in the house is an art practitioner and friendly. There are 3 guys living on the first floor who share a toilet that is separated from the girls'. There is another toilet for everyone to use on the ground floor.

Spacious terrace on the third floor and balcony/yard on the ground floor.

fixed contract rent, direct legal transfer with the landlord, bills and council tax not included in this rent amount.
