🏘️ About the Flat
There are two of us in the flat at the moment - myself (32M) and another guy (42M).
I’ve been here for 4 years, and the other guy a bit longer. Both of us are working - I’m a consultant and he works in high-end fashion/retail.
We keep the flat fairly quiet. If we’re not working or out, we keep things pretty chill. We keep it calm and tidy, and clean up after ourselves. Life is hectic enough in the city without bringing drama home.
The flat has:
One shared bathroom with bath and shower
One shared kitchen with gas cooker, combined washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, and microwave
There is no lounge.
The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly.
👤 About You
Easy-going, tidy, and with good vibes
Ideally not working from home more than 1-2 days per week
Not suitable for students or couples
Drop me a message if you’re interested.
