My flatmate got a job in Copenhagen and has to sadly move out of our flat that we fought so hard to get in February this year. I would love to continue to live here as the apartment is genuinely so great, so looking for a new flatmate for his room from July 2026!

We had initially entered a year-long contract, but with the new renters' rights, any tenant can give 2 months' notice to leave the flat whenever, but I do see myself staying in this flat for an extended period!

It's a 2-bed 2-bathroom, his room is not an ensuite but will get sole access to the hallway bathroom (barring a get-together!). I've added a layout plan for you to take measurements. The bedroom is also well-lit with massive windows.

There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space, the shared living room has amazing views of the Thames and massive windows looking down at the private garden and pond, the kitchen has a gas stove for proper cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, oven and all kitchen-related gadgets I've already furnished in the apartment.

Although I've furnished quite a lot of the apartment since moving in, I'm more than happy to move stuff around and change things to suit any of your needs or if you'd like to make the space feel more cosy.

We have a penthouse on the 6th floor, have a private roof with access through a folding electronic staircase within the flat, and the development has a whole list of amenities as follows:

- Gated development with private garden and ponds
- 24h concierge
- Underground parking and bike storage
- Gym and sauna

We are super close to Tower Bridge, and both London Bridge and Bermondsey stations are equidistant from the flat (10-15 min walks). We are close to Rope Walk, Bermondsey St and so so many other social areas with cafes, bookstores, wine bars and pubs - the area is my favorite.

A little bit about me, I'm a 2nd-year PhD student at King's College London in Neuroscience, and I've been in London since 2018. I've grown up in Indonesia and Vietnam, so very welcome to internationals!

Obviously, if you are a student/PhD candidate, we would benefit from not having to pay council tax, which could heavily reduce our bills, but I'll still be open to having professionals in the flat!
