I’m looking for someone to take over my bright, fully furnished en-suite room in Bermondsey. Available from Saturday 20th June 2026. The rent is £1250 per month incl. all bills. There is a cleaner, approx. £34 per clean, every 2 weeks, split across all housemates (so around £17 per month each).
I’ve lived here for the past 7 years and truly love it, it’s been such a calm, cosy home for me. I’m only moving out because I’m moving in with my girlfriend, otherwise I wouldn’t leave!

The room is very spacious and a well laid out double room with private en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet). It has 4x built-in wardrobes, so plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. The room is provided in addition with a desk and a chair. The room is east-facing so enjoys morning sunshine from spring to autumn (weather permitting!)

About the Flat:
The property has a front yard and large balcony (perfect for summer), smart TV in the shared living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The flat also has BT wifi. The neighbourhood is very quiet too.

You will be sharing with 3 housemates, who are all professionals, who are friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.

• Just 7 minutes’ walk to Bermondsey station
• Great transport links within a 2 minutes walk such as the number 1 bus stop. The bus is 24 hours and goes straight into Waterloo & Holborn. And many more.
• Close to shops (Tesco, Sainsburys, Iceland etc), cafés, pubs (Bermondsey Beer Mile) & everything you need.
• Close to the lovely Southwark park and also walking distance to Burgees Park.
