We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and sociable flatmate to join our home as our current housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The Room

- Bright double room: 13' x 9'6'' (3.96 x 2.90m)
- Private balcony
- Comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers
- Available from 27th of June (flexible dates)
- Rent: £1,200 per month
- Bills: not included - around 110£ per month
- Deposit: £1,358.43

Location

- 7-minute walk to Bermondsey station
- 15-minute walk to London Bridge
- 5-minute walk to Tesco Extra and Co-op
- Great local spots nearby, including Bartons café for brunch and coffee

- Modern and spacious apartment in a well-maintained building
- 24h reception/concierge

- Garage with bike parking available

The Household you’ll be living with:

- Antonela (31) – Croatian, works in tech sales (3 days/week in the office)
- Juan (33) – Colombian/Spanish, works in consulting (2–3 days/week in the office)
- Bobi (5) – very affectionate cat, blissfully unemployed and always happy to provide cuddles or ask for playtime

We’re social and enjoy spending time together (sauna sessions, walks, takeaway nights), but also respect each other’s space and routines.

The Bathroom

- Shared with Juan (very clean and tidy)

Cleaning

- We follow a weekly cleaning rota to keep the flat in great condition
