Double Room with Great Housemates INC. BILLS

We are 3 professionals (mid-twenties) who have lived in the house since September. Sadly I will be moving out to be closer to be closer to my new job.

All Bills are included, gas, electric, water, tv licence, gardener, council tax and Wi-Fi. Council tax and WiFi (Hyperoptic gigabit speed) are managed by myself comes to around £46 per person, but this is included in the rent! The room rent itself is £940.

Licenced house. Deposit protection scheme used. The landlords are absolutely amazing and support us with anything we or the house needs incredibly quickly!

Bedroom: Bright double bedroom, double-glazed, curtains, desk, large double wardrobe.

Optional Smart Bedroom TV included at no extra cost, if you would like it (37 Inch)

Kitchen: Fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer, toaster, oven/hob, air fryer, dining table.

Bathroom: Power shower, sink, toilet. Additional downstairs toilet (both brand new).

Lounge: Bookshelf, side-table, smart TV, extra storage. We also have an additional sofa bed that can be used for guests if ever required.

Garden: small patio at the rear, garden at front.

Parking: Requires resident permit (right outside the house).

The house itself (newly refurbished within the last three years) is located perfectly:

10 min walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line, 1 stop to London Bridge, 10 mins to central).

Additional bus stops to central and Waterloo right outside the house.

Plenty of amenities, gyms and shops all on the doorstep!

All house mates are really easy going and fun. Everyone is a professional and does their own thing, but there will usually be someone down for an after-work drink or to chill with in the living room if you like!
