Double room with own bathroom - Bermondsey

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to swap with her in the tenancy. The move in date will be August 12th (with potentially some flexibility for slightly earlier).

The flat is for two people so you would only be sharing with one other person. Your room would come with its own private bathroom as I have my own en-suite. The property is fully furnished.

- Built-in double door wardrobe (pictured)
- Own private bathroom (not shared as mine has an en-suite)
- Fully furnished kitchen and living area between two (including air fryer)
- Two large shared storage cupboards
- Fibre-optic WiFi (900mbps)
- 25 mins walk to Tower Bridge
- 15 mins walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line)
- 78 and 63 buses run nearby for commuting
- 5 mins walk to big Tesco

Bills:
Bills are not included. They usually come to around £150 per month each.

About me:
I’m a trainee solicitor in the City and I’m usually in the office 3-5 days a week. I like to do outdoor activities / sports whenever I can - I’m particularly into football, hiking and going to the gym. I usually like to go for a drink up to a couple of times a week too. It would be nice to live with someone who has similar interests to me if possible!

Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking to find another like-minded young professional. It would be nice to have someone who is up for going for a drink, watching a movie/football, etc.

I’m very on it with keeping the flat clean and tidy as I go and I’ll usually do a big clean/Hoover at least once every two weeks. I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat the same respect as me.

The flat is not suitable for couples or students.
