Double room in a 3 bed flat (date flexibility)

Double room available to rent a short walk from Bermondsey tube. Room is bright and has a nook that works well for working from home (but ignoring the desks exists on the weekend). Flat also has a large living room/kitchen and bathroom that you would share with only one other person. Flat is well insulated & very warm in the winter, but can create a nice through breeze in the summer. It is up a few sets of stairs but gives you great views of the Shard.

Room currently available latest 18th July, however will likely be available late June as I'll likely be moving out earlier. Room is available unfurnished but I'm interested in selling the wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed if you are interested.

Flat currently has 3 women in our late 20s & early 30s that like to chat in the evenings. Landlord is very responsive and on it when things need fixing.
