We are looking for a flatmate to join our lovely 4 bed flat in Bermondsey.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and sociable flatmate. Someone who is also interested in making friendships.
Rachel, Alex and I work full time. Rachel works in a children’s care home, likes music, going out, travelling, etc. Alex is a chef at a Michelin star restaurant. He is very outgoing, social, likes to go to the pub and makes occasional delicious BBQ for the house. I work in insurance. I like to hangout with friends, go out for meals, travel, etc. I do the normal shift pattern I. e., 9 to 5 Monday- Friday.
We are also looking for someone who works full time, preferably the usual hours (9 to 5 with weekends off). Maybe a few days wfh is okay.
The flat is close to Bermondsey tube station (3 mins walk), there are pubs, cafes, shops around the area. Tesco is 2 mins away and Southwark Park is 5 mins. It is very well connected location.
There are two toilets and one bathroom. The garden is pretty big, the photo doesn’t do justice.
Bills on top are around £120-£150
