Hi everyone! My spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with a personal bathroom is becoming available in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Bermondsey (Zone 2, Jubilee Line) from 28 July. The move-in date can be slightly flexible if needed.

I'm looking for a female working professional to take over my part of the tenancy as I'm moving back home.

* The room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk, chair, closet, two bedside tables, and additional storage furniture.
* You'll have sole use of a large bathroom, as the other bedroom has its own ensuite.

* We have a bright and comfortable living room where we spend our evenings chilling.
* The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, cookware, washer dryer and plenty of storage.
* We also have a private balcony (although we don't really use it) and there's a storage cupboard to store additional items
* We are on the third floor of a building with elevator access. The building is secure/gated with an intercom/keyfob system to access it.

The flat is in the heart of Bermondsey and a very safe area with excellent transport links:

* 8-minute walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line)
* Multiple bus routes nearby, and close to London Bridge, Borough and E&C
* Walking distance to Bermondsey Beer Mile, Maltby Street Market, cute cafés, restaurants, and local shops
* Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Co-op are all within a 10-minute walk

👋 Your Flatmate
You'll be living with Annette, a Singaporean Indian national. She works in urban planning and is in her late twenties. She's also very friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We are looking for someone who would want to be friends and not just flatmates! I've loved my time in this flat and Annette's company.

We are looking for a female professional who is tidy, friendly, and responsible. We take good care of the flat and treat it like home so we are looking for someone who would do the same.

💷 Costs
* Rent: £1,187.50 per month
* Bills: Approximately £170-180 per month (including council tax, and cheaper during spring and summer)
* Deposit: £1326.50

📝 Tenancy
This is a tenancy transfer through the letting agency, which will handle the usual referencing and contract process.
