A spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom is becoming available in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Bermondsey from 28 July. The move-in date can be slightly flexible if needed.

I'm looking for a female working professional to take over my part of the tenancy as I'm moving back home.

* You'll have sole use of a large bathroom, as the other bedroom has its own ensuite.
* I also have a few extra furniture and storage items that I'd be happy to leave behind for a small cost (£5–£20).

You'll be living with Annette, a friendly and considerate professional in her late twenties. She's tidy, respectful, easy to live with, and lovely company.

We are looking for a young female professional who is tidy, friendly, and responsible. We take good care of the flat and treat it like home so we are looking for someone who would do the same.

* Rent: £1,187.50 per month
* Bills: Approximately £200 per month (including council tax)
* Deposit: £1326.50

📝 Tenancy
This is a tenancy transfer through the letting agency, which will handle the usual referencing and contract process.
