2 x Double Rooms in Large House in gated Community

My 2 housemates are sadly moving out. One is buying her own place and the other is moving in with their partner.

We have 2 fully furnished double rooms available, from beginning of August. Date might a little flexible for one of the rooms.

The house is in a small gated community.
2x bathrooms and 1 W/C on the ground floor.
You would be sharing a good size bathroom with only one other person.

We have a dedicated parking space if you drive.
Big windows that let in plenty of light throughout the house.
We also have a nice little backyard and sometimes we bring the table out.

Bills are roughly - 135-140£ per person. Including council tax, wifi, water, gas/electricity.
Deposit - split equally, approximately 1290£

Rolling contract as per new renter’s rights.

The house is a relatively short walk from:
Bermondsey tube - 10-12 min
London Bridge - 25 min
Bermondsey street - 20 min
Southwark Park - 10 min.

You will be sharing with me. I’m 27 and work as a Recruiter for a music company. I’m really into sport and salsa dancing. I have the ensuite room on the top floor.
