There is a also a large garden space which is suitable for having BBQs and enjoying the weather.

The area has really good transport links to the rest of London - it's a 10 minute walk from the flat to Bermondsey tube station where you can get the Jubilee line. It's also a 10 minute walk away from South Bermondsey station where you can catch a train/Thameslink. There are plenty of shops nearby too for convenience - Tesco Extra, Sainsburys all within walking distance.

The area itself has loads to offer. Plenty of good restaurants, bakeries and cafes, especially towards the Bermondsey street area. It is also home to the famous Bermondsey beer mile along the rail tracks. There are nearby gyms, and also a newly opened Leisure Centre nearby. There are 2 wonderful parks within a walking distance (Southwark Park, Burgess Park).
