Luxury top floor Apartment London Bridge ensuite

Hi, my friend dropped out last minute and we got the offer yesterday, so I need someone ASAP haha
It's a luxury apartment on the top floor with an en-suite bathroom, huge living room and modern kitchen and in a secure area that is closed off for residents, 10-minute walk from London Bridge and the Shard.

Looking for a quiet flatmate, NOT a party flat, who doesn't smoke, no pets, no students sorry, and the rent split is £1500 each (£3000 in total). Bills will be around £400 together so it's probably gonna be £1750 per person.
The landlord needs my new person tomorrow morning at the latest or the offers gonna expire so please only message If you're interested in that - I have a video and if you're around central London now we could do a viewing and meet near London bridge. I'm also gonna arrange a face time today with whoever is interested to see if it's a right fit - looking for someone to also be friends with, I'm into gaming, fantasy, movie marathons, PS4, reading and just talking about everything over a cup of tea :D
Washing machine and dryer included as well as dishwasher, it's a too floor flat right at the end of the corridor, so very quiet, and there's a park nearby and a lot of pubs and cute second-hand shops, bus is 1 minute away and Bermondsey station is 15 minutes. One bedroom has an en-suite and there a sepreate bathroom with bath tub, so everyone has their own bathroom. Huge living room all the furniture, bed, wardrobe etc included. I also have a PS4 and screen I'll be bringing if you're a gamer.
