Double room in South Bermondsey

Room available in a flat with 3 lovely girls in South Bermondsey from 29 August (can be a bit flexible either side of this date).

The flat is in a great location, less than 5 min walk from South Bermondsey station (one stop from London Bridge) and around a 20 min walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee). There is also Surrey Quays (overground) which is 15-20 min walk. Lots of pubs, shops, restaurants etc. nearby. We also have a lidl, aldi, big tesco and asda all within a 20 min walk or less.

Big open plan kitchen / living room with a balcony attached. The flat has one full bathroom, which was fully refurbished earlier this year.

Room is a double room - as it’s on the smaller side, you will also have sole use of the large storage cupboard just outside the room. You'll be living with 3 other girls, aged between 25-32 - they are all lovely girls, and we have a really nice balance of socialising in the kitchen and having our own time in our rooms.

Bills not included, but come to around £80-100 per month. The flat stays super warm in the winter, so this didn't increase over the colder months last year.

I am really sad to leave this flat as I have LOVED living here for the past year and wish I could stay - but I unfortunately have to relocate for work :(

We will be looking to do viewings as soon as possible (from 18/07 onwards) - I don't get home until around 18:30 on weekdays, so happy to book in anytime after that, as well as weekends.
