1 room available in flat share - Bermondsey

We have one room available from the 23rd of August in a flat share in Bermondsey. The flat is a roomy 3 bed with 2 bathrooms. There is a large shared living room which is furnished with sofa and tv. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, a large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

The room itself is a double room with two large windows getting plenty of light throughout the day. It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The current flatmates are both in their mid twenties working in London. One works as a property surveyor and the other is a classical singer. Both are very social but also enjoy relaxed weeknights.

Note: the landlord has notified us that they would not be willing to agree to any other change in tenants for the next 12 months. If anyone tenant wanted to leave all tenants would need to agree to end the contract. So this room should be for someone looking for a room for at least 12 months.
