I am moving out of this amazing property to live with my partner. I can honestly say whoever gets this room is incredibly lucky, as it's one of the nicest houses in London to live in (and ridiculously good value for the room)!

The three existing housemates are great to live with. Clean, fun, inclusive, and get on well with anyone.

Key distances:

- 5 minute walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line)
- 5 minute walk to Sainsburys & shops, 15 minute walk to Tesco Extra
- 15 minute commute to Canary Wharf
- 15 minute trip to the Southbank and London Bridge
- 30 minute walk to The City

The room:

- Loads of inbuilt wardrobe and cupboard space
- Second largest room in house
- New bathroom on the same floor
- Amazing city view from the window

Will not come with a bed (we might have a spare Ikea one but not guaranteed). All clothing wardrobe space and cupboard is already built in.

- Huge living room with 55 Inch TV, games, dining area, and small back balcony
- Kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, etc)

The housemates:

- Joe, Ciaran, Emil. All young working professionals. One or two are usually working from home
- Very clean housemates who work together to keep the house clean

Please note that some of the items in the room are our flatmate's and will move with him.
