Our housemate is moving out of this amazing property to live with his partner so his room is coming available. We can honestly say it is the nicest house any of us have lived in and at great value in a fairly central area, we're sure you'll agree.

The room:

- Second largest room in house, plenty of space
- Loads of inbuilt wardrobe and storage space. We may have a spare desk if you'd like one.
- ***Otherwise the room will need to be furnished, including a bed!***
- Ground floor (we've had no security issues)
- Newly renovated bathroom on the same floor
- Amazing city view from the window

The housemates:

We are young working professionals with 9-5 hybrid jobs in London. We all get on well with each other and have no problems. We work together to keep a clean, tidy space and are open-minded, inclusive, sociable people. We often have friends over so it's a fun lively vibe but we are respectful of each other and the space!

We are looking for a 4th person to welcome that will share this great house and fit into our friendly group. We all have our own busy lives but we make time to talk to and spend time with each other - we would like a 4th person who appreciates this. We do not mind where you are from, your gender, sexuality, etc, as long as we can get on well!

The house:

- Amazing river view and access to riverside directly from front door
- Four bedroom house across three floors
- Two full bathrooms
- Huge living room with 55 Inch TV, games, dining area, and small back balcony
- Kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, etc)
- Washing machine
- Huge garage with some gym equipment
- Parking spot
- Very convenient location - easy to go north/south on the Windrush, east/west on Jubilee

Key distances:

- 5 minute walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line)
- 10 minute walk to Rotherhite Station (Windrush Line)
- 5 minute walk to Sainsburys & shops, 15 minute walk to Tesco Extra
- 15 minute commute to Canary Wharf
- 15 minute trip to the Southbank and London Bridge
- 30 minute walk to The City

Other info:

- Bills are not included in the rent. Standard arrangements with water, gas, electricity, internet. We can provide a rough £ estimate if you need to know.
- It is a joint tenancy - the whole property is let altogether, not room-by-room.
- Our landlord + agency are actually very helpful and address issues when we raise them. In return, we respect and look after the property.
- Council tax band: G
- The contracted move in date will be the 7th October, but the room will be vacated from the 28th September.
