Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room ASAP as I am moving to a different flat to be a bit closer to work.
The current tenants are girls from Canada and the US, ages between 24-28. They are lovely girls and would love to be friends with whoever fills the room as we are all friends ourselves. They love going to a workout class together, having a movie night in, etc.
The flat is in Bermondsey:
- 3 min walk from Bermondsey station (Jubilee is 24h on weekends)
- Big windows, so lets in a lot of light
- 3min walk from Thames walkway with a gorg view of Tower Bridge
- Living room + balcony
- 1min walk from Sainsbury's
- 5min walk from Tesco express
- 15min walk from Tesco Extra
- 4min walk from Southwark Park
- 1min away from bus stops (also night bus)
Rent is 1000pcm + bill are seperate (~60-80)
