Furnished double room in a friendly shared flat

We're a couple renting out our spare room in a flat we live in ourselves, so you'd be sharing with us, not a landlord who disappears after move-in.

The room comes fully furnished and ready to move into:

* Double bed
* Chest of drawers
* Built-in wardrobe
* Desk and office chair, if you work from home
* Flatscreen TV
* A large, old pinboard covering most of one wall, it originally came from a fire station, so it's got a bit of history and plenty of space for photos, postcards, or whatever you want to pin up

Wi-fi is fast and reliable, we've tested it at 556.6 Mbps, so streaming, calls, or working from the room is never an issue.

Beyond your room, you'll have full use of our large shared living room, a proper space to relax, watch TV, or just unwind after work rather than being stuck in your bedroom all evening.

We're easy-going and looking for someone who's tidy, respectful, and happy to share a home rather than just a house.
