Large Double Room in house next to Bermondsey tube

We are a couple, Natalia and Cos, letting a room in this 3 Bed end of terrace house, literally 1 minute from Bermondsey tube. We have the lease on the whole house and use one bedroom as an office/spare room. Our friend is moving abroad so we're looking for someone to replace him in the other double bedroom. It's a little bit of a frenzied move so please disregard a little bit of the mess in the bedroom photos.

The house: The bedroom has tons of storage including a big integrated closet as well as a long clothes rail. It's also furnished with a double bed and some white cabinets but if you've got your own furniture we can remove them. It faces the back garden and gets all the lovely afternoon sun making it super warm and cozy in the winter. There is a full bathroom on the second floor and a half one on the ground floor. There is a washing and drier as well as a dishwasher. We have a very cozy living room leading onto a small garden with a bbq, sofa and dining table.

The area: we could not be closer to the tube and it's 5 mins walk to the river and Southwark park. There's a big Tesco's nearby, a little Sainsbury's even closer and all the independent shops under the arches (Neil's Yard, Little Bread Peddlar, Natoora, etc) as well as the famous beer mile. Maltby street market is a short walk away.

About us: We have been living here for almost 6 years, with Babis the cat, and it definitely feels like home. Natalia is a Home & Furniture category manager from Mexico and Cos is a Civil Servant from Scotland. Babis is a (moderately) sociable grey cat from Hackney. We'd appreciate living with someone that wants to mingle once in a while, but also loves a bit of quiet time. The house is big enough that it feels like there's enough spaces to chill and we like to keep it pretty clean and tidy. It is super important that the new housemate is on the same page and is respectful and neat. We work from home around 2-3 days a week.

Bills come about £150 per month including council tax (Band D), utilities, internet and a cleaner once a fortnight.
