The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Bermondsey Square/Street. There are plenty of local shops and amenities, including many nice bars and restaurants, and the Bermondsey Square Shortwave Cinema.
The flat, which is south-facing and has a balcony, is very light and has lots of character. Broadband is also included. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms, which has an en suite bathroom, available immediately.
Rent is £1050 pcm including bills. Security deposit payable (equivalent to one month’s rent).
