(1) The large living room downstairs has been converted into a large double bedroom with attached garden which will be for the tenant to take care of. (Available 1 Sept 2025)

There is one shared bathroom with toilet upstairs, and another toilet on the ground floor. The boiler is quite new and the kitchen has a Bosch fridge, washing machine and other appliances.

All three rooms are available, but we will only rent out two rooms in the house. So max occupancy in the house is 2 tenants. This means the two tenants will enjoy a house that is quiet, spacious and clean. The two tenants are responsible for keeping the house clean and for sharing the water and gas/electricity bills. The monthly rent includes council tax and internet bills.
