Summer Rent Zone 2

Hello! I'm away for the summer and so am offering my room for rent in a wonderful house in Bermondsey, Zone 2, SE1 5RB.

I'll be leaving around June 9th and returning at the beginning of September, but this is flexible to within a week or two either way.

The other four flatmates are all male, great guys, professionals who mostly work 9-5 but are occasionally around during the day. We also have a friendly cat named Kiki who lives in the house but patrols the back yard to keep out birds and mice.

The rent is relatively cheap considering the proximity to the centre of town and local amenities: corner shop across the road, Tesco express a few minutes away, BIG Tesco under 10 minutes walk away, many buses on Old Kent Road and nearby that head to all locations in the city. Bermondsey Tube is around 12 minutes walk.

The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, small desk and chair. Shelves, the top of the wardrobe and under the bed provide ample storage space, although I may need to use some of this myself while I'm away - we can discuss.
