A double room has become available in this flat. It’s based in SE1 (zone 1) in a fantastic location just minutes away from the river. The closest tube is Bermondsey (about 5 minute walk away) and the flat is also short walk to London Bridge (12 minutes) and Tower Hill (15 minutes) tube stations. Buses run from right outside the door to Shoreditch (47), Russell Square/Greenwich (188), and Waterloo (381). Nearby amenities include a large Tesco, M&S, and a gym. The flat is nearby Bermondsey Street (with bars and restaurants), the Maltby Street market (open for food on Saturday/Sunday), and the local pub is a great place called the King's Arms on Tooley Street.

It's a split level flat with a large living room/dining room, kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom on the bottom floor. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers and bookshelves. The room is priced at £640 per month including bills and council tax.

I am Jo, a medical professional in my late twenties, from The North. My interests include going out for drinks, going to gigs, and travel is always on top of my to do list.
My ideal flatmate is an independent but social professional in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties. I am independent myself with my own circle of friends, but equally have enjoyed a homely feel to the flat so am looking for somebody who is friendly around the place and would enjoy the odd glass of wine or two and a natter. I work 8-6, Monday to Friday and am looking for somebody with similar hours. Would prefer a non-smoker and no couples.
