I am looking for 2 professionals to replace me and one of my flatmates. As we have to leave our lovely flat due to personal reasons.

One double room from 1st September.
The other double room from 15th September.

The location is very convenient. It is located between 3 tube stations: Borough(11min walk), Elephant and castle(12-15min walk), London bridge(12-15min walk) plus a lot of buses(and night bus) goes to central london. Bus stop just around the corner. 10 min walk to Tower bridge, so you are very close to river, Borough market and vibrant south bank.

The flat has a huge living room includes big dinning table, 3 couches(one for each), big screen TV with Sky and a balcony adjacent. Open plan kitchen has 2 fridges(so never short of space), freezer, oven, dish washer, toaster boiler and wash machine. Almost everything you would need. The other bedroom has en suite bathroom so the toilet with shower is only shared between 2 rooms.

Both rooms are fair size double rooms. Both rooms have a double bed, bedside table, big wardrobe, desk and chair.
The remaining flatmates is a very nice lady, super friendly and tidy. All of us are not party animals, busy with work during the week and we try to keep the flat as tidy as possible, so we'd like to find someone likewise, prefer some one who is looking for a place called home and want to stay longer. Professional only, no couples.

The 790 includes everything, also a cleaner(we just fired the previous one so paying 15 pounds less, but will get back to original price after we find the new cleaner)
